Shipping Policy
Customers pay all shipping charges. All shipments are FOB our warehouses or original shipping point in the case of special order or non- stocked items. Shipping costs depend upon the shipping method and option you choose. Please note that shipping charges added during checkout process are estimated shipping charges only. The shipping rates for items we sell are based on the weight and size of the item(s). All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound in keeping with the policies of the carrier(s).
We charge $2.50 handling plus the exact shipping cost supplied by the carrier. Once you submit your order you are agreeing to additional charges to be processed.
Shipping charges will be adjusted as necessary when your package (s) is shipped. In a case where there are additional shipping charges to be applied to your order, the difference will be applied to the credit card you supplied at check out and a receipt will be sent to you in via us mail. Shipping charges for heavy, bulky or multiple packages may also be higher. If you were to purchase supplies and fabrics and vinyl, the supplies would be in a separate box, which will add to the estimated shipping cost.

We ship by UPS and Old Dominion Freight Lines (in the continental US Only - No international shipments). We will ship your order UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. Items in stock may be out of stock temporarily and we will advise you of any backorders. All in stock orders will ship within 24 hours, excluding orders received Saturday or Sunday and over holiday closings.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays or late delivery of merchandise in transit.
Aerosol cans and other hazardous materials cannot be shipped by UPS Next Day or Express, only UPS Ground or ODFL.
Damaged Merchandise:
If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier. If you must refuse a shipment for any reason, contact us at once so we know what to expect. If you accept the package make sure any damage, is noted on the carrier's delivery record. If damage is not noted is usually not possible to file a damage claim.
